I was part of a group of 10 and the server never took my order and 40 minutes later realized I wasn't drinking. Not that difficult to go around the group sitting together, count how many people vs. Orders taken. And when we did order, the server assumed the change was a tip and didn't give me my change. After I asked for it he stated he had given it to me. I showed him my wallet that only had large bills but no small bills like I'd have if my change had been returned. And the lounge doesn't open until midnight? Should open it a little earlier. Like 11 or 10p.
It was absolutely horrible! It was our birthday party! Imagine! I was there on 29th of March. The both of waiters were rude. They didn’t help us with moving the table, they gave us just one menu for 10 people. I felt not welcomed there. I wanted to drink Aperol, and the waiter asked me if I prefer wine or Prosecco. I said Prosecco. But then, I had to pay 2 euros more. And it wasn’t written in menu, he didn’t mention that either. Really disappointing. The place looks so good, but people there are not cool and the prices are high.
The staff payed no attention to us the whole time we were there, rather both spending all of their time flirting with 4 young girls at the bar. On top of this, we were overcharged during happy hour but we’re so over it at this point that we couldn’t be bothered to argue with them. If you cannot speak German and are not a single under 25 year old woman then you will likely be ignored and treated poorly by the staff here, at least this was our experience
Definitiv eine der besten Bars/Nachtclubs in Salzburg. Allerdings kann es dort wirklich überfüllt sein. Wenn du das vermeiden möchtest, solltest du versuchen, vor 11:00 Uhr oder nach 1:30 Uhr dort zu sein. Dies gilt nur für Freitage und Samstage; an den anderen Wochentagen ist es normalerweise nicht überfüllt.

Schöner Ort, günstige Getränke. Ich habe mein erstes Getränk mit der Karte bezahlt, aber bei der Bestellung des zweiten Getränks wurde nur Bargeld akzeptiert, das habe ich nicht ganz verstanden.
Can we call it a bar? Ask for a cocktail they give you something different, not well done and over priced. The music is kinda country side style and weird.
Cool spot, music is nice and menu is good. Prices are okay, bit on the expensive side, but not too bad.
Freundlich, wunderschöne Atmosphäre und die Banana Mama ist wirklich toll.
