The staff is young and incompetent. Brispiel: I come to Wave and sit at the bar, which hasn't been cleaned for a long time. Largely sticky. Next to me were two young guests in their early 20s. After a few minutes, the young lady stood behind the bar to ask what I would like...an absolute no go. Staff belong behind the bar not at the bar. Example 2. Very cozy place actually. Top service. Good beer. Unfortunately the people queuing for ice cream are annoying so there should be another solution. But I would still like to come back
