We discovered Wave restaurant when we were visiting Valencia a year ago and enjoyed it so much that we had to visit again this year. The restaurant was just as we remembered, small and basic but the food and service more than make up for it. The owner/chef explained to us that he is planning to move a new location next year that will give him more creative possibilities and we promised that we would search him out!
different local, with a modern aesthetic. Very comfortable. the delicious food. We asked for a sepia that had a very good citric touch, some low-temperature ribs that were very melose and tacos that fascinated me, for me the best of the food. Then they gave us a cocktail, called Valencian. Don't leave without trying one. the very attentive waiters without agony. very good experience, we will repeat safe.
We enjoyed our wave dinner a lot. They put care and love in all aspects of food and service. cocktails and tapas were excellent. And the shots... please! The atmosphere is very wet, I just put a little less because there are no tables outside and there are no windows open then during the summer there is little heat. but we'd be back anyway. Just brilliant!! The chef was so attentive and amazing, I would 100% go back and recommend to anyone!!! We loved the cuttle fish, the slow cooked meat and the tartar.
