However, I must mention that the atmosphere here has led to the loss of one star in my rating. One would typically expect a cheerful environment from morning until night, but there are times, especially weekday mornings when commuters are rushing in, when that cheerful atmosphere is lacking. Some may have noticed that a smile or a warm greeting seems less common, and while we are all facing challenges, I find it hard to overlook this absence.
Nevertheless, what keeps me coming back is the great food, the amazing convenience, and the ability to grab what I need without it turning into a stressful experience. In the end, those positives truly do matter!
I've been coming to Wawa for years, and the older woman who makes sandwiches has been here a long time. I usually never have issues with my orders unless she's the one preparing them. Today marks the third time in a row that she made my cheesesteak but forgot to add the extra bacon I paid for. I've been loyal to this Wawa location for about 15 years, but I think it's time to explore a different spot. The rest of the menu is great, but these repeated mistakes are disappointing.
The older woman behind the deli counter is horrendous. She should be moved behind the register. Every time we visit on our lunch break, the service is amazing except if she is there. She is slow, she talks instead of making her orders, and her food is often incorrect, poorly made, or mangled. I have complained about her on numerous occasions and nothing has been done about her. Please fix this or I will not be returning to this location.
They shouldn't put together in the sandwich station the two ladies Annie and lindsay instead of focusing doing costumers orders they keep talking everyday am coming in this store poor customer service in that sandwich station ,some of my friends coming in this store always heard this employees talking and gossiping instead of working

I visit Wawa nearly every morning and often in the early afternoons. Anni Lindsay always greets me with excellent service. Their dedication to food quality, service, and cleanliness is clearly evident, even amid these challenging COVID times. They truly embody the spirit of essential workers. Thank you.
Who doesn't love Wawa?? Sammiches, snacks, drinks, donuts, dogs, sodas ... This location is a little smaller than some, and don't have everything a larger location might carry. But it's a Wawa! Service is, as usual at a Wawa, friendly and efficient. And the coffee is always fresh!
I stop by Wawa almost every morning and most early afternoons. I get welcomed by great service from Anni Lindsay. Their intensity on food quality, food service cleanliness is so obvious even during these crazy covid times. They are the definitionof essential employees. Thank you.
Annie and Lindsay should not be scheduled together at the sandwich station. Instead of focusing on their work, they spend their time chatting, which leads to poor customer service. Some of my friends have noticed this behavior frequently whenever they visit the store.
