I’ve always loved Wawa, and I always will. However, I stopped by this location on May 11 around 3 PM to grab a quick bite and a drink. I placed my order and paid, then waited in front of the deli counter, where Angela was working incredibly hard to prepare all the orders. Meanwhile, four other employees stood behind her chatting, ignoring the fact that she needed assistance. After a few minutes, one of them finally came over to help, but he didn’t wash his hands or wear gloves. He was moving at a snail's pace, likely slowing her down even more. Angela deserves five stars for her outstanding work ethic, but it’s clear that management needs to be more involved during shifts.

Wawa is always a pleasure to visit. The store is clean and inviting, with a wide variety of coffees and beverages to choose from. I love anything with caramel, mocha, and cream—and they definitely have that. Sandwiches are freshly made right before your eyes. The staff is fantastic: friendly and helpful. And if you need gas, their prices are consistently competitive. You really have to love Wawa.
I had an ok experience one night here when traveling. The overnight staff were all very helpful except for one person with an attitude. It seemed that she didn 't know what she was doing and is a supposed manager???? She was also very rude to her associates. I believe her name was Sarah or Sam??? I have no idea, but very disappointed in this manager .

The veggie bagels here are outstanding and only cost around $3 each, making them an incredible value! The store is very clean and seems to have been recently renovated, with regular upkeep. The bagel itself was fantastic, especially with the added cucumber and tomato, which really elevated the flavors. Plus, their peach iced tea is delightful!
Terrible location and staff. When the lines get long, no one steps up to assist at the registers. Employees just stare and don’t offer any help. Good luck trying to buy any tobacco products here. I recommend going to the Wawa in Abingdon or the Sheetz in Joppa instead. This place isn’t worth your money.
I give this place four stars only because the cashier tossed my money onto the counter. When I hand you my cash, I expect my change to be handed back politely, not just thrown down. Aside from that, the store was very clean, and my frozen cappuccino was made perfectly. I would definitely come back!

Alexis is literally the sweetest person I have ever met! She takes time to get to know her customers and makes there coffee drinks with love! She makes the most amazing coffees ever!
The staff doesn't seem to grasp that the wheelchair is being taken away.
