I visited the restaurant tonight (Friday 11-11, 11:30pm) and the manager was absolutely fantastic! Not only did she demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, but she also worked quickly to ensure that every customer was served promptly, even though there was a large number of orders. We overheard her communicating with her team members, making sure they were okay, and she made our Panini perfectly. We were truly impressed! Her dedication deserves recognition, as we appreciate being taken care of by individuals with positive attitudes no matter the circumstances. The service was amazing!
Came tonight (Friday, 11-11 11:30pm) and the manager was just?amazing! Not only did she set an amazing example as a team leader, but she moved with the quickness to make sure every customer was served in a timely manner DESPITE it being anoverwhelming amount of orders. We heard her calling out to her team members and communicating to make sure they were okay andshe made our panini perfectly! We were amazed! She need to be honored in some way because we love to be serviced by people withpositive attitudes despite the situation. Amazing service!
I love Wawa's sandwiches ? But my biggest concern is the employees handling the drinks. For some reason they REFUSE to change gloves! This is VERY nasty! They're touching everything around them and washing the containers and get right back to making smoothies etc WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON... ? Let's not get started on the attitude when they're asked to change those gloves ????? smh...
This place is extremely dirty and not well-maintained. Everything from the shelves to the soda machines is dirty or disorganized. There are people panhandling or homeless individuals loitering in front of the store. The bathrooms, soda/slushy machines, floors, and windows all need to be cleaned. The worst Wawa in the world!!! Especially under Jamie the team supervisor!!! All the kiosk closed and a disrespectful rude staff who threaten to not make your food if you dare ask them the status of your order. It took everything for me not to throwsomething at them. Everyone on that overnight staff should be FIRED!!!

The manager, Sarah, went above and beyond by providing me with a personal air pump for my car's tires during a rainstorm when the free air pumps were not working. She was understanding of the situation and ensured that my friend and I would make it home safely. Thank you, Sarah!

This place was very nice and clean for a few years when it opened...it look like the staff has changed it became dirty.. filthy..things are missing...I go to a lot of wawas throughout the new Jersey this one is the worst one.
