Last night, on Monday, 27. June 2022, I had made a very bad customer service experience in this wawa on Dekalb Hecht in kop. I ordered a sharp chicken sandwich that was hot, but it was cold. The food was prepaid by system and menu. I complained about the kind of service, but the employee ignored me as if I were nothing. I stood right in front of the counter for about 10 mn waited for my sandwich to bake or at least warm, nothing was done as desired. I was ignored. So I was forced to raise my voice to see a manager for help, and finally someone from the back office seems to come to the manager and help me after that.
