When I visited Wawa, I found one bathroom stall had no toilet paper and the other wouldn't open, possibly jammed. I asked the front desk attendant for some toilet paper, and he sent a young woman to refill it. As I thanked her, she responded with an attitude, saying there was toilet paper in the other stall. I explained I couldn’t open it, and she told me to push it. She seemed really unhappy and unpleasant. On top of that, the bathroom was dirty, with pee on the seat and paper scattered on the floor. Wish I could give 0 stars. Caramel Macchiato tasted like water that had been sitting for days. I asked the staff if he could remake it. Became irate and asked me to order the item again. I ordered again and placed the ticket on the counter next to himassuming he wanted to reread the order. He picked up the ticket so fast, threw it in the designated basket mumbled something.I couldn't believe it it was worst attitude display I?ve ever seen. Never again!
Needed a gallon of milk for the kids and went to this Wawa?I am in disbelief! One of the store employee?s pants were half way down his rear and UNDERWEAR OUT! Terrible experience. There was a bald gas attendant who was extremely rude and had an appearance reminiscent of a skinhead. If this is the kind of staff management hires, then management should be reconsidered. It's 2022, and such behavior and appearances are unacceptable. Additionally, the parking lot is dirty and clearly needs a maintenance person.

The staff at Wawa are very unpleasant and have a terrible attitude. They have a sign advertising that they are hiring, but when my friends applied, they were told they are overstaffed. Additionally, the employees handling food were wearing dirty gloves and masks pulled below their noses. I definitely do not recommend this place.
I had a truly disappointing experience at Wawa. The staff member I dealt with was incredibly rude. If good customer service matters to you, I suggest avoiding this place. I spoke with a man named Tony about the problem, but he offered no assistance. I will not be coming back.
