We were staying at a nearby hotel and unfamiliar with the area, so this was our first visit to Wawa. When we pulled in to get gas, there was a truck full of kids hanging out in the parking lot blasting music. They seemed really unsettling and made me feel unsafe. We waited for about five minutes and almost left before the attendant finally approached our car. It turned out he had been hanging out with them the entire time and didn’t seem very professional. Then, when we went inside to make a purchase, both the customers and the cashier gave off a rough vibe, almost like something out of a TV drama. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! Cassid the food and beravage manage left the store to chase me down over 20 cents she said I owed which I didn't because I had my receipt that said I was paid. Then when I called to speak with the general manager Dave hewas laughing at the situation and thought it was funny! For a general manager to be laughing at how his employees treatcustomers Wawa needs to rethink who they hire. I am highly dissatisfied especially since I'm a customer who goes there weekly.
Wawa often has long, slow-moving lines in the mornings, with cashiers who appear to lack urgency when people are heading to work. Too frequently, the coffee pots are empty, and there are no buttered rolls prepared. The menu options don’t make up for the poor service. From now on, I’ll choose Quick Chek instead for better quality and service.
Stopped here for gas late Saturday night, and the gas attendant, Steve was great!!! Very friendly, courteous, and kind. He went above and beyond and meticulously cleaned my front and back windows, as well as my sun roof. I?ve only had an attendant do that once in my life and think it?s such a nice gesture

This use to be the best wawa but now they don?t seem to be able to get orders right. They almost never have the Gobbler by dinner time (5pm) and god forbid you ask them to heat up a stuffed pretzel when they run out of them by the registers. They also stopped carrying Funyuns?. Ugh
Always a long slow line with cashiers who seem to have no sense of urgency in the mornings when people are going to work and too many times they have empty coffee pots and no buttered rolls ready. I?ll just go to Quick Chek from now on. Better quality andservice there.
This Wawa messed up my order it was the right number but the burger was different and tasted bad but, I found out my cousin had my order but he still ate it and they didn't even put buffalo sauce.
The BEST Wawa I've been to. Free air for your tires and plenty of parking spots. 2 for $5 Sizzlis are the best and I've been getting 2 every day.
