I had an amazing experience with Kayla today! She went above and beyond to make me feel better and really helped me out. I have no idea what the previous negative comments about her are all about; it seems clear that those reviews are by the same person, which is ridiculous. I've been a regular at this Wawa for over 20 years, and I was surprised to read those remarks when I came to write my own review. Kayla was not rude at all. When someone takes the time to assist you, it really makes a difference.
I used to enjoy this wawa. And I still do but hopefully this sheds some light. I live right down the block. It has turned into the worst Wawa that I have stepped into. The store is managed and ran by young teenagers who don?t know what they?re doing. The coffee is filled up half the time or it?s cold, the ready to go hot sandwiches are never, ever stocked. Literally every morning i walk in there, nothing is prepared. They need to sharpen up the management side because it?s a bad look.
My order number was 308, I ordered my food at about 6 am... I always have a happy heart whenever I go to any Wawa but this time disaster striked me in the face. I drove 35 mins away then when I finally opened up the box to enjoy my breakfast wrap my soul was so crushed. The wrapped was overcooked and it appears that the cook cared less about quality and professionalism. I ended up going to the Wawa in Springfield NJ on Morris Ave to get another breakfast sandwich.

I usually enjoy visiting this Wawa, but unfortunately, my experience this morning was disappointing. An employee named Kayla treated me and my 70-year-old mother very rudely. I had never encountered her before, and her communication skills were lacking. She even made my mom cry and called us names. I hope Wawa can address this issue.
Slovenian Wawa I've been there before. Wait 10 minutes to tell me that she was from Mac and cheese and made it difficult to give me a replacement. It took 10 minutes............. Also, there is a really annoying beggars always sell political hats out, who weeps when and say no? I'm going out to avoid him.
I'm a fan of Wawa as a business, but I'm not impressed with my recent experience. Every time I visit, at least one of the coffee pots is empty, and the coffee isn't hot. It tends to be just warm by noon. Additionally, the cleanliness and maintenance of the place are not always up to par.
Ordered through my phone. My ride to Wawa was 10 minutes. Got there, paid and my food wasn't ready. No one in line. They didn't have my soup. They put 1 tomato on my on my sandwich, 2 pieces of spinach leaf. LMAO. Whoever made this sandwich is a joke.
