Definitely getting 1 star! and just called cooperate tired of them always having everything lock in the kiosks like come on half of the people who go to wawa is for the food through the kiosks.. its been 2 months now... every time i go around 8 to 9p.m they have all the food locked and only have specific stuff.. most of the time i only want a milkshake or smoothie with a Quisadilla i can 't get any.. so i go earlier during the day thinking that it 's locked because of lack of staff.. nope same problem ive gone around 12p or 330 the peek times when it should be busier or have food.. and nope locked like always.. this wawa needs new management ASAP its unfortunate because quick chek down the s...
I visited this restaurant twice in a row while working nearby, hoping for a quick breakfast sandwich. On the first day, I opted for a pre-made sandwich, and it tasted like it had been sitting around for a week. Today, I tried a fresh panini, but the bread was incredibly stale, and the sandwich was ice cold! Since I only worked a few miles away, there’s no reason it should have been served that way. I definitely won't be returning!

In regards to the Wawa gas station, I was pleasantly surprised by the kind welcome of the gentleman who pumped around 11am on May 9th. He was a gray bearded fellow who greeting us with a Happy Monday and a smile. It 's little things like this that showthat there are people out there who aren 't completely scorned by the customer service industry and put a little TLC and kindnessinto their job. I wanted to share my experience at the Wawa gas station on May 9th at 11:00 AM. There was a cheerful older gentleman with a gray beard who welcomed us with a bright "Happy Monday!" and a smile. It's these small gestures that show there are still people who go beyond just doing their job; they bring a genuine warmth and kindness to their work. This man truly deserves recognition for his positive attitude.
Just had an awesome experience with the manager Anthony. The options for the new bubble drinks hadn't loaded. He fixed it quickly among juggling other tasks. He checked up on us several times and then prepared them himself. I couldn't be more pleasedwith HIS service. He is very valuable to this company and should be recognized. Poor customer service. Cashier was friendly to the guy in front of me but seemed annoyed when I asked for a bag for my items. Wawa used to have great service, not anymore.
