Chris was an outstanding young man. As someone who also works in the food service industry, I really appreciate good communication behind the counter, and that's exactly what I witnessed from him with his team. There was another young lady—whose name tag I couldn't see, but I think it might have been Sheila. She had brown hair in a bun, wore a black shirt, and hoop earrings. She assisted Linda at the register before jumping into food service! My only suggestion is that they should update their whiteboard when shifts change, as I mistakenly thought Chris was Mike until I saw his name tag. I was there around 5 o'clock, and the entire team did a fantastic job!

Updating my review as I've been upset with this location. Coming to here to try to get chicken noodle soup seems almost to be impossible now. It's 3 days in a row now they haven't had it. In my opinion I don't understand why this soup is not available every day as is the most common one. And some other why was carried every day and I don't understand why this one doesn't or you have to ask for it they won't put it on the wall. Is very disappointed not feeling well and I was looking forward to having this make me feel better with the last 3 days
Overall, the majority of the staff at the Smithville location are very friendly. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for a young woman working at the register during my visit. She didn’t acknowledge me when I greeted her, showed no appreciation, and even complained to her coworkers about a smell she associated with garbage. This attitude was unprofessional. For the most part , all the employees that work at the Smithville location are very nice. U fortunately I can?t say that about a young lady that was working the register this evening . Couldn?t say hello when I said hello, couldn?t say thank you , andyelled out to her co workers that something smells like trash! Not real professional to say the least . I know kids will be kidsbut it?s time to grow up when you have a job!
My wife, who is 8 months pregnant, urgently needed to use the restroom. She kindly requested permission from an employee to use their bathroom but was met with a rude response, stating that there was no restroom available. While I understand that they might not typically offer public restrooms, I feel that exceptions should be made in situations like this. I'm not sure if we will be returning anytime soon.
My husband and I and a few friends stopped here for coffee around 11 a.m. First of all the staff are very courteous and polite. The store is clean and well stocked. I believe the manager was just getting on duty who I might add was friendly and courteous was very welcoming. I highly recommend this Wawa.
