This was my first time ordering a bowl at Wawa’s location at 2845 Rolling Rd., Baltimore, MD 21244 during lunchtime. I chose the mashed potato bowl because it looked delicious and filling based on the menu images on the ordering screen. However, when my order arrived, it barely resembled the picture shown. As you can see in the photo I included, where are the mashed potatoes? I urge other customers to compare this photo of the actual bowl to the vibrant images displayed on Wawa’s menu screen in the store. The image on the right is what appears on the menu, while the one on the left shows what you actually receive—clear false advertising. From now on, I’ll be sticking with Sheetz and Royal Fa...
I?ve been going to Wawa?s for over 20 plus years and this is the first time ever I have experienced bad food and even extra horrible service. I came one evening and ordered a burger and fries and my burger sat up there for so long . When I asked ifthat was my sandwich, one of the people asked me was that my order . He was so nasty towards me . Fries was super cold . Ichalked it to being busy so I went the next night and still horrible service . I recommend nobody eats there . Trulydisappointed in their service
I'm from Philadelphia and I love my WaWa's but the Woodlawn WaWa is HORRIBLE. Poor service, dirty facilities, constantly out of products during promotional sales, ie sizzlis. No hash browns for days. Trash overflow outside. Broken equipment outside, brokenlottery machine often and ATM's. This is totally unacceptable. Must do better to keep my business.
The customer service is horrible out of this world. The food that?s prepared is thrown together everybody has major issues and attitudes. When you ask to speak to the manager absolutely NOTHING is done. I have even been discriminated against at theregister of my age because I didn?t have grey hair so she insinuated that I was not my age.

My granddaughter was really excited to get a drink she saw was sold at Wawa, only to find out it was a cold drink that needed ice. Unfortunately, they said they couldn’t provide ice because they had none at the time. When we left around 5:30, someone finally filled two large cups with ice, but then they ran out again.
The customer service at Wawa is appalling. The food is subpar, and the staff displays a very unpleasant attitude. When I asked to speak with the manager, my request was completely ignored. On top of that, I faced age discrimination at the register—the cashier doubted my real age simply because I don’t have gray hair.

They normally generous with their Cream cheese , but not today 7/19/2020 8:45 Am I ordered 3 bagels and they all had almost no cream cheese . This review is only intended for the supervisor to talk to the employee . But overall this is a great Wawa to visit

Competitive gas prices. Huge parking lot with easy access for large trucks, RV's or vehicles pulling trailers. Friendly staff. Large variety of made to order and ready to eat food. Store appears clean and orderly. Neatly well stocked.
WAWA HAS THE BEST SMOOTHIES GOING! II LOVE THAT THEY WERE SO HELPFUL CAUSE THAT WAS MY FIRST TIME GOING INSIDE. THANK YOU!????
