I placed an order through doordash and was contacted and advised by THE FIRST carrier that they had no chicken other than chicken strips. I had ordered a buffalo chicken cheesesteak by the way. So that person cancelled my trip to pick up my food and it was given to this really nice and patient man to pick up my food from the same location. I spoke with him and he restated that they do not have any chicken and if i wanted anything else. He put me on speakerphone to relay a new order to the associate and he wrote it down. At this point my food had been waiting to be made for twenty minutes. My doordash guy called me back about 15 minutes later to say they still have not yet made my new sandwic...
The most terrible Wawa ever. There are always problems with the order! You send the wrong food. Then you have nonsense behind attitudes when you say something. I have set up and overall EVERYTIME there is a problem they don't care about. I wanted to change the Wawa, it is an absolutely terrible place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you have the SWITCH THE WAWA option! From managers to employees, ALL bad settings.
Hort If you can make it to another Wawa, please bring 3 chicken broth a milkshake they had no chicken so had to use chopped steak, then I went back because my milkshake was terrible and was properly made a new one was still terrible then to get home and my whole sandwich was terrible barely meat not a wort all just slutty a sandwich had only meat
Not very well run business. You can't get breakfast sandwich in the morning. They are frozen beverage machine or **** machine does not work constantly overcrowded because they do not have enough staff. This place goes through many problems, not very professional
