My first visit to Wawa was a very positive experience. Despite it being 2 AM, the store was bright and clean. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were still serving hot food, and it was fresh, not something left out for hours. The menu offered a great variety of options, and I really appreciated their ordering system. The cheesecake frozen drink was absolutely delicious, and the bowl I ordered was flavorful as well. Although parking was somewhat inconvenient and the exterior appearance was less appealing, the interior was welcoming, and the staff were friendly. I’m definitely looking forward to visiting another Wawa when I get the chance!
While the sandwich came out quickly, I had to wait an excessive 25 minutes for my coffee. This delay seemed to be due to a worker being late, and no one else was willing to step in to cover for him. When he finally arrived, he went straight to the back and took about 10 minutes to make my drink without offering any apology for the wait.
I also found that arguing about these issues seems futile; the staff appears to believe they are always right, even when you present them with a receipt that clearly lists your order.
Wawa is a small store, but I really like it. It’s a convenient spot to grab a quick coffee or a snack. They have great sandwiches at reasonable prices. The staff, especially the ladies, are usually fun to joke with and always put a smile on your face. It’s definitely worth stopping by. Parking can be a bit tricky sometimes, but other than that, it’s a solid convenience store. I always get a good cup of coffee, and their sandwiches are consistently tasty.
Ive been trying to call them for 10 minutes because I was trying to see if my order was ready. They never picked up, and when they did they would just give me attitude and at one point they said they had the cops called? Im assuming there was some kind of prank call before hand or something but i was just a regular customer calling about my order.

I've never had an issue with Wawa's food, except for this particular location. It always seems to be missing something, and the hot items are often dry or taste like they've been sitting out for 12 hours. Next time, I won't hesitate to drive an extra 10 minutes to the Wawa in Stroudsburg because they never let me down!

The sandwich shop provides fast and accurate service. The staff at the checkout are friendly, polite, and easy to talk to. They clearly know their jobs well and handle the cash registers with expertise.
I consistently find that the extras I paid for are often missing from my orders. This is very disappointing, especially since I'm essentially wasting my money.
