my first time eating here and everything I can say is wow! the customer service is excellent. if they are confused for the first time, they will welcome them and offer a menu if it is easier to read than the menu board is posted over the head. when they order, they will put them on a reference directly on the counter in front of them, which shows what usually comes on their burgers, which they can remove after their measured and no charge adds in a very easy to understand format. Our first visit to any Wayback Burger place as we do not have one near our hometown. We had the double cheeseburger and mushroom Swiss single burger each with fried onions. Both were excellent!!! The toasted buns made them even better. The beef was good quality and sure tasted fresh. The onion rings sincerely were the best I recall having in a long time anywhere. What can I say!!! It was true! The wife and grand-daughter also liked their shakes a lot. All the staff with which we came into contact were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely suggest giving this place a try. OVERVIEW 7/6: Keith was so friendly that she took care of my experience and made it right. He was grateful for my feedback and even offered me a gift certificate to try it again. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich together with the bacon and cheeseries. I recommend both and would definitely order it again! I also ordered a strawberry shaker that was also delicious. Nice and thick as before. Thank you, Keith, for taking care of your customers. 7/4 The burger was dry and fulfilled my expectations for the premium price paid by me. It filled the hole, but both the burgers and pommes were not very tasteful.
excellent burger. those in my party noticed that they are better than five guys. I loved that they did dead as a side option and they were perfectly cooked, the perfect cripple. the tweeper rings were also good, not too fat. eating was a bit expensive, but the service was good and the staff of the non-teach was very friendly.

Been here several times and last night didn't disappoint again. Burgers are very good. Service is great. Brought my meal to me and came back 10 minutes later and asked me how my food was. Super friendly. Restaurant is clean and tables were cleaned promptly. This is how you operate a business. ??
We got a double bacon burger, chicken strips, O-Fries (fries and onion rings) and an Oreo shake. Average food at best, there are plenty of other better fast casual burger restaurants. Food wasn’t bad, just not worth the prices. Chicken strips and shake were my favorite thing.
Excellent customer service, fantastic food, and vegetarian options. Finally a place this vegetarian mom can have as wonderful of a meal as her non-vegetarian son. I like the garden burger with Swiss and cheddar. Mmmmm
Wayback Burger is amazing! Tryed it and loved everyone looking for a Burger shop in twin cities, or is a visitor in town for a few days, that is the place to go.
