I ordered through Uber Eats and there were delays with the drivers, leading to a 1.5 hour wait for our food. This was not the fault of Wayback. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with speck, knowing there was an extra charge for the speck. However, I was disappointed to find that the amount of speck was minimal and there was no buffalo sauce on my sandwich, resulting in a lack of flavor. The cajun tater tots were greasy and tasted like regular ones. Overall, I was disappointed with my first order from this restaurant.

I ordered the fiery burger but it wasn't very spicy. They used pickled jalapeños instead of fresh ones, which made it soggy and lacking in flavor. They also forgot the side of sauce, so I had to go back to get it. The only option was for pick-up orders and there were no napkins available. I would have given 5 stars if the staff had been more attentive and willing to go the extra mile for customers. It would be great to see a napkin dispenser at the window.

Food for 3 peoples was stuff in one small bag. The fries and onion rings were at the bottom of the bag. We took the sandwiches out the bread was saggy the juice had went through the paper that the sandwich was wrapped in, and it was on the fries. This was my 1st time going to Wayback burgers, and it was not a good experience.

I was searching for a good spot to grab a burger when I stumbled upon this restaurant's website. I'm not sure if they are aware, but there was a hair on the burger in the picture! That's enough for me to look for another place to eat.
