I was a little skeptical when we first went down from our hotel room to eat here because we were waiting to be seated for quite a while and no one acknowledged us. We spoke to another patron there and they said they seated themselves, so we went ahead and did that. The space was really clean and modern looking. They forgot our appetizer, gave is the wrong drink order, came back for 3 follow up questions for the order, and tried to give us a different tables drinks all before we got to the eating part.The salmon was very salty and served with a steak knife. The burger was underwhelming. The server pointed out that she had requested it medium well, which was not what we ordered. The drama between the kitchen and servers was clear throughout our dining experience. And the food was taken from the table while we were still eating.At the end the pen did not work, and when we asked for a new one the server stood by the table and watched us give the tip.She apologized for the bad experience and for the kit...
I was very wary coming in for dinner, after seeing so many awful reviews, but honestly it was not bad at all. The service was on the slowish side but super friendly, and the burger and fries were delicious perfectly cooked, flavorful, and piping hot. A bit overpriced but in line with what you'd expect to pay at an LA hotel. If you're staying here and this is the most convenient option, don't let the reviews scare you away.
Lovely dining experience. The menu and items were fresh and had thoughtfully curated flavours. The dish of the night was the BBQ chicken pizza, with fresh pico de gallo on it. Stunning.The teriyaki bowl sounded dreamy on the menu, however lacked a little flavour the night we came.The garlic fries were perfection. We waited 45 minutes for our food, even though other customers who arrived after us were served and finished before us. My salmon was overcooked and dry. The service was poor.
Nice hotel restaurant. Eat well above all the bbq brussel sprouts. Talapia was also good, but they were on our return visit. Service was great.
Absolutely no parking. Come to find out it's $17. Then add the meal tax, tip. Your search $30 w/o 1 bite, joke

Update: Breakfast was a much better experience. The food and service were excellent.
Nice place to eat and watch sports game on TV. Many varieties of draught beers.
