Have been popping in to this place for years. We are never disappointed. Well, only when, because of the weather, we cannot sit outside on the 1st floor terrace.Wehren's is a lovely bakery also with beautiful chocolates, which has a café. The pleasure of sitting outside on the terrace with coffee and eats is an absolute joy. One day it was a gorgeous strawberry tart, the next filled bread rolls and Danish pastries. What's not to like. Just sit and watch Weggis carry on life from above.Be warned, they do not open on WednesdayThe coffee is very good.I would most definitely recommend a visit to this place.

One day it was a wonderful strawberry cake, the next filled bread rolls and Danish pastries. What is not to like. Just sit and observe how Weggis continues life from above. You are not open on Wednesday Coffee is very good. I would definitely recommend visiting this place.
Wir haben diesen Ort entdeckt, während wir auf der Suche nach einem Mittagessen waren. Er ist leicht zu übersehen, aber es lohnt sich, auch nur für einen kurzen Besuch. Wir sind zurückgekehrt und haben auf der schönen kleinen Terrasse mit Blick auf den See gesessen, Kuchen und Getränke genossen. Ein schöner Ort, um sich zu entspannen und auf das Boot zu warten.
Wehrens is a bakery and confiserie with a good selection of different pastries, cakes, and bread. Coffee, tea, and soft drinks are also available. You order what you want, then go sit outside on the balcony. Wehrens is located behind and above the band shell along the Weggis waterfront. Prices are reasonable. Open Sundays and holidays, at least in the morning.

We spotted this place whilst looking for some lunch. Its easy to miss, but worth popping in, if only for a take away.We returned and sat out on the lovely little terrace overlooking the lake, enjoying cakes and drinks. Lovely spot to relax in peace whilst waiting for the boat.
Wir hielten an, um diesen kleinen Ort zu besuchen und landeten mit einem leckeren Sandwich auf der Terrasse. Die Person, die uns half, gab uns Wasserflaschen, um sie mit unserem Mittagessen zu genießen. Angenehmes und freundliches Personal und leckere Sandwiches.
Dies ist eine Bäckerei mit einem Angebot an Kuchen und Snacks sowie einem Aufenthalt in einem örtlichen Hotel. Wir waren nicht besonders hungrig zum Mittagessen, aber dieser Ort war genau das, was wir wollten. Köstliche Kuchen, Sandwiches und Snacks.
