Ich stolperte über dieses kleine Restaurant (ich dachte, es sei klein, aber es stellte sich heraus, dass es Plätze unten gab! Die Stadt war von Weingütern umgeben und die Weine kamen von Ferdl Denk. Der Aprikosenbrand war der beste, den ich je probiert hatte, und ich wünschte, ich hätte eine Flasche für zu Hause gekauft. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich bei der Bestellung und der Ort hatte eine gemütliche Atmosphäre, in der man sich willkommen fühlte. Es war sehr voll, was ein gutes Zeichen für ein Restaurant in einer kleinen Stadt ist. Es war eine schöne Art, die letzte Nacht in Österreich sehr unvergesslich zu verbringen.
Viele Orte in der Gegend sind montags und dienstags geschlossen, deshalb waren wir glücklich, diesen fröhlichen Ort zu finden. Wir haben auf der Terrasse zu Abend gegessen und waren froh, draußen zu essen und zu trinken. Reservierungen an diesen Tagen wären vielleicht okay, wenn Sie einen Außentisch möchten. Das Essen war gut, nicht großartig, aber angenehm. Man kann in Österreich nichts falsch machen... Selbst meine vegetarische Frau hat etwas Köstliches gefunden. Guter Wein im Glas...
Stopped in for dinner tonight. Good and quick service, in a fairly nice courtyard off of one of the smaller streets in Weissenkirchen. Both of our our dinners (battered chicken and Saumise) were pedestrian at best. Portions were large - which needs to be taken however one wants to take that. Their wines are fine, though we have had significantly more interesting wines over the last couple of days. For our next visit we will explore elsewhere.
We walked in wet through with a dog in tow, and they couldn't have been nicer! The service was first rate and the food fantastic. The food was locally sourced, organic and excellently cooked. The prices were considerably lower than we are used to in Vienna, particularly for this quality. We were on a weekend break and ate here twice. We will be back! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Good service, nice wine and tasty food. You can sit in the garden and enjoy fresh air while tasting good wine. The food is very nice and fresh. Try cold meat plate with Gruner Veltliner. Mohntarte is also very nice - poppy seeds pastry and refreshing cream cheese&fruit top with cream...
Lokales stilvolles österreichisches Restaurant - wir saßen im einzigartigen Keller des Restaurants, der auch als Weinladen dient. Tolle Atmosphäre. Das Essen war köstlich und auch der sehr herzliche Service hat uns begeistert. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
We visit this winery several times a year and always feel welcome by staff. The food is adjusted by local style with seasonal highlights and tasty. If possible take the chance to a tour with Andreas old tractor with a view of the... famous vineyards
