Please do not bother to come and try at this restaurant. It’s good that it’s a wood fire pizza. However, food was just alright and the service was not good and friendly at all. 1st, The staffs doesn’t smiles at you all even when they always check with you if everything is good. 2nd, When the young waiter are clearing the bowl after we are done with the soup, he just threw one of the spoons into the bowl making quite a bit of noise. 3rd, only my 2nd last piece of pizza, found a small piece of plastic while I was chewing. It's actually could be 4.5 .. This is probably one of the best pizza places I have ever tried .. it's so fresh and delicious : super generous on the seafood love it. Staff are very friendly and kind .. one guy was nice with the kids also and the lady is sweet personality, only one thing which they are under staffing because sometime yiu wait a while before someone take your order or ordering extra water , soft drinks or even when you want to pay your bill : .. need extra person . But .. still Recommended for sure :

Gehen Sie niemals an diesen Ort. Rassistisch und diskriminierend, wenn Sie Kinder haben. Sie und Ihr Kind müssen ganz hinten versteckt sitzen, wo niemand Sie sehen kann. Wirklich arme Leute arbeiten hier. Sollten Sie den alten Kellner ersetzen, da er zu alt und zu mürrisch ist, um dort zu arbeiten. Vorsicht... sie sind auch sehr neugierig auf Ihre privaten Angelegenheiten. Selbst wenn Sie einen 2G-Nachweis haben, bestehen sie darauf, dass nur geimpfte Personen dort essen können. Unterstütze solche Orte nicht.

Es ist das schlechteste Hotel an bester Lage. Ich habe hier mehrere Tage im Sommer verbracht und das Hotel ist extrem heiß und hat keine Klimaanlage. Das Fenster hat keinen Schutz vor Mücken, also muss man zwischen Mücken füttern (Fenster nachts öffnen) und Schwitzen (Fenster ohne Klimaanlage schließen) wählen. Und ich kann kaum in das Duschzimmer kommen, weil es zu klein ist. Muss nachts in dem kleinen Duschraum mit kaltem Wasser duschen, um zu versuchen einzuschlafen. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Hotel boutique weisse kreuz is nice. Goods: Nice room, decoration, very good location. Bads: bathroom is extremley small. There is no parking. Whatever they say (and mostly all hotels of downtown Luzern) they dont own a parking. You have to park in the train station parking and they give u discount. It could have been said in the booking to avoid us to park in another parking and get crazy thinking we could drive with tje car until the hotel.

Köstliche Carbonara-Pasta und Pizza! Wir saßen draußen in der Gasse in der Nähe des Wasserwegs. Toller seitlicher Blick! Der Service war in Ordnung. Das Essen war köstlich! Beachten Sie, dass alles in der Schweiz sehr teuer ist!!!

Waitress was nice, I deffinitely recommend LASAGNE ai funghi (best I've ever had), pizza was fine. Prices were higher, just like everywhere in Luzern.

Great food great service. For my 8yo son the fish shaped pizza became the pizza to measure all future pizza against.

Great food and service since 2006! Tourist-friendly, staff speak English. The tomato cream soup is a must.
