Overrated Hotel! disappointing experience. Since at the arrival when we wanted to pay for our stay we noticed, that we were charged for an extra champagne service that we didnt order. We were able to clarify that but our whole stay was followed by only poor organisation from the hotel staff. We had already book a place for dinner, and then we were told we could not order A La Carta, but we had to go to Plückers, which is basically a little restaurant/bar near Hotel. Visited for an overnight stay. Check in staff were friendly and took details as required by German covid tracking requirements. Hand gel was also provided and social distancing marked on the floor. The room was spacious and clean with a nice outdoor seating area and view into the garden. Bathroom was was clean and functional. But I did not notice any additional cleaning measures in the room since the covid outbreak. There was no evidence of additional cleaning for lightswitchs or the TV remote control. I did not like the fact that all services are charged parking, swimming pool, sauna... . Those services or at least some of them should be included in the price of the accomodation which is not cheap . The service at the restaurant inside the hotel was pretty bad, very unprofessional and slow. When we arrived around 20 we were told by the guy at the entrance that there was not any table not true since we had a quick look around and there were some free tables and people almost ready to finish . We insisted a bit but no chance... When we were almost ready to leave the guy came back saying that he found a table ?!? . We took place and ordered. We got the food at...21:30! Wir hatten einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt und haben unser „Superior-Zimmer“ sehr genossen: schön eingerichtet, sehr bequem und sauber. Fantastische Wellness-Einrichtungen mit einem Innenpool (und einem Außenpool, aber der ist im Oktober zu kalt), Whirlpool und drei Innen- sowie zwei Außensaunen: großartig! Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut, mit einer großen Auswahl. Wir haben zweimal zu Abend gegessen: im Restaurant des Hotels gab es ein hervorragendes Buffet und im gemütlichen Plückers-Restaurant ein sehr gutes Essen. Amenities are ok, however I have to give 2 stars. I was charged full length of stay, over €1,000 for two nights. EDIT: I would like to point out that poor terms and conditions are not exempt from consideration in a review. The review system serves to inform and guide, and in this case, I hope it serves as a valuable resource and cautionary tale for those considering this hotel. My overall experience was greatly marred by the exorbitant cost incurred due to a family emergency. Unfortunately, the managers actions by choosing to hide in their office and send an employee, who was not fluent in English, to deal with my frustration was cowardly, unprofessional, and added insult to injury.

Spent 3 nights. The service of the hotel is good. The rooms are nice and clean but there are no amenities except soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The pillows were bad too soft almost nothing, like sleeping without a pillow. The corridor mats look like they need to be cleaned or renewed. The most annoying part is the terrible WLAN connection. Keeps disconnecting and super slow speed whenever it connects. Everything else was decent.

Tolle Lage und sehr schönes Zimmer (Superior Doppelzimmer). Wunderschöne Umgebung, freundliches Personal, sauber. Das Frühstück könnte verbessert werden. Besonders der Kaffee war unterdurchschnittlich. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, ich würde wieder hier übernachten (aber Frühstück würde ich hier nicht nehmen).

The staff are super NOT nice, the hotel was supposed to be a 4 star hotel but the condition of the toilet in the conference area is really terrible. I attached the pictures and the breakfast is so monotonous I'm never going there again! I am really disappointed Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Lacks some of the basic amenities like no conditioner or moisturizer in the bathroom, terrible WLAN connection. But, Breakfast variety and taste was great.

Mein Favorit in Bad Arolsen, große Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück, sehr schöner Wellnessbereich, es fehlt nur die Klimaanlage...
