Busy little cafe. Ordered the chicken sandwich special. Menu described it as having zucchini, spinach, chicken and chilli mayo. Was served as is so I ordered a side of chips. Sandwich was just ok. Not very flavourful, no kick of chilli, no marinated zucchini it was just abit monotone. The chicken was generous but overall sandwich didn't blow me away. Chips and aioli were nice. Coffee also good. Service here was lovely and attentive. The man waiter working here had a lot of patience for other customers who were challenging the size of a hot chocolate on the menu... I would have lost it. Overall I reckon the breakfast options are better than lunch, having tried their Benedict in the past. Menu...
A nice cafe with both indoor and outdoor seating conveniently located on Norton Street. The outdoor session is covered by colourful umbrellas making it eye catching colourful. It has a solid menu with lots of vegetarian adaptable vegan options as well as daily specials. The eggs benedict is served on sourdough bread and was so delicious with perfectly poached eggs. Tofu scramble is so flavoursome, healthy hearty. There is always a range of freshly baked muffins such as mixed berry, banana nutella or strawberry white chocolate on offer which are seriously good, as well as a cabinet of sweet treats like the individual ricotta cheesecake from Papa's pasticceria raw vegan treats. My family and I used to love this cafe. We came here weekly for their amazing mushroom pasta and hearty steak sandwich. Unfortunately, these items are no longer on the menu. Sadly, due to this, we will not be coming back anytime soon. To the cafe's credit, I have to recommend their mixed berry smoothie, corn fritters and their crispy, fluffy chips. Pity that they have reduced the portion of their chips as well. Oh well, it was wonderful while it lasted. We will definitely return if their mushroom pasta and steak sandwich dishes make a comeback, and their chips portion goes back to their previous size.
My friend Nadia told me about their favourite cafe in sydney, so when i came up for a final fantasy concert, i really wanted to come here to check it out. So glad i went!! Such a cosy and friendly vibe! The staff were really friendly and the fooooood! So yum :D i had the eggs benedict and my sister had the corn fritters! She said it was her dream corn fritters, nice and crunchy, the best she's had! And i had really nice coffee art on my mocha! I really appreciate nice coffee art! : Great place! This cafe offers a variety of vegetarian and vegan options alongside standard cafe fare. I tried the vegetarian burger with a side of chips and the BBQ prawn with smashed avocado. The burger was fantastic, with a delicious mix of flavors including corn fritter, haloumi, and beetroot hummus. I would definitely return for another meal. The only negative was that the chips were a bit stale.
With a few drinks, our bill totaled around $86. We had to order at the counter, which I believe can sometimes discourage tipping. However, in this case, the service was prompt and efficient, and the staff may have deserved a tip. The waitress could have been a little more engaging and animated, but overall we had a pleasant dining experience.
The food at this restaurant is quite tasty, especially the crumbled vegan breakfast dish and the magic mushrooms. The coffee, however, is a bit weak for my taste. The service is friendly but slightly impersonal. The decor lacks character both inside and outside, but there is definitely room for improvement.

This place is really good. My wrap was amazing and the smoothie was so good!!! The bathroom was actually really nice but our food took a while.
