I was here many times under the impression that some meal times can be preordered vegan, and that was said with certainty by the many workers I treated. my favorite thing to order was the yam and quinoa salat with a side of focaccia brot. to make it vegan, they told me to subdue the dressing for balsamikum, remove the cheese and ask no butter on their focaccia brot. what I would do, often. after months of ordering, today it did not come with focaccia brot. Why? well, because they were just informed to me they were not sure about the ingredients. it is quite frustrating when dealing with incorrectly informed employees like this. my heart hurts to write this review, but it is true. there is simply not enough vegan option, and if they want their meal vegan, they need to be extra annoying and ask for no, y and z. if they are in the consolidation and need a quick pick up me, I for the yam and quinoa salat, sub for balsamic dressing, no goat cheese, and no brot (butter is added) and additional greens. for dessert, you can have a few of their mini vegan cookies or their peanut butter chocolate fudge bar

I had the coconut curry dish. tasteful, but it wasn't even completely vegan as it came with garlic butter nan. Pity that some restaurants didn't even have a vegan meal option. there was a dessert a cookie called vegan.

Wendel's is a really charming cafe, and is very busy. Food is good, but there is a limited option of vegan-ready menu items. Sometimes the staff are not very knowledgable about ingredients. Not my favourite coffee

used to love this place when I was vegetarian, but as a vegan there are not many options without several modifications. yet a good option for coffee that is great!
