The worst service and order fulfillment I’ve ever encountered. I’m pregnant and crave Wendy’s regularly- I order from them off door dash very often and my order is WRONG 9/10 times. The people who work here obviously aren’t the sharpest tools in the shed because they can’t figure out how to give me the correct drink or make my order correctly. They constantly forget to put items in the order or just give you something that is completely wrong. I order a baked potato with chilli and sour cream added- they frequently include neither of these even though i pay for it and specifically ask for it. Just went in the drive through and ordered a baconator combo and a dave single combo. There was only one other car in the drive thru in front of us yet we got cold undercooked fries which i had too re cook AND they gave me the wrong burger. On top of the disappointing food they refused to even get me the proper drink i ordered because its on the other side of the counter. The staff at this location have been lacking since it opened.Update: there are 5-6 staff there, no customers in the place, nobody in the drive thru, yet when i asked why nobody was answering the phone i was told theyre short staffed? Id understand if it was busy but this was unacceptable. Worst wendys ive ever been to
I wish I could give negative stars for service. I went through the drive thru and the lady taking my order instantly had an attitude with me. Ontop of the bad service I repeated more than 3 times that on my JBC I wanted it only cheese, bacon, and the patty. I get home and they have SMOTHERED this burger in sauce so much that I can see it through the packaging. Ordered an iced tea and I’m not sure what they gave me because this is NOT iced tea. Idk what’s the point of putting through an order if they’re just going to give you whatever they feel like. Tried to call but apparently no one picks up the phone. Waste of my time and money.
We ordered two kids' meals, each with 2% milk as a beverage choice. Toward the end of our meal, when I decided to give my two-year-old the remaining half carton of milk, I was shocked to find it spoiled. It had a distinctly bitter taste and a chunky, lumpy texture. Although the expiration date is listed as January 18, 2024, it was clear that the milk had gone bad. This raises serious concerns about how the staff handles food safety.
As a restaurant, it is completely unacceptable to serve customers low-quality food, especially spoiled milk. We are extremely upset and disgusted by this experience!

I visited this location on January 27, 2024, just before 9 PM. The Dave's Double combo was decent and flavorful. They stay open until midnight, which is great. However, during my meal, a staff member continuously cleaned the floor with a strong, unpleasant chemical smell that was hard to ignore while eating. This behavior seemed inconsiderate and lacking in awareness. I believe proper training is necessary for the staff in such situations. In my experience, Chick-fil-A has the best staff in the fast food industry.
Foods never fresh just got a burger like 430 5pm was dried out and no grease there scanning machine rarely works so you can't collect any points most of the time there fountain drink wasn't working when I went in this wendys needs better management and should care more bout the restaurant and making people more satisfied with fresh food and that is not the case.
Worst drive thru in stoufville! The only place where they give you attitude when ordering, none of the staff wants to listen to your order. You get rushed they decide which condiments they’ll put on your burger. You’ll never get a straw and they’ll never ask you which sauce you’d like. Ridiculous.
The food I received was very soggy, and despite requesting ketchup in the bag, it wasn't included. The staff member wasn't particularly friendly either. Overall, I doubt I will return.
