I had one of the best experiences at Wendy's recently. Our salads were fresh and well-proportioned. I chose the Strawberry Summer Salad and the fruit was ripe and delicious. My partner and I both enjoyed the freshness of the grilled chicken. The restaurant's interior was nicely updated and clean, with plenty of seating that wasn't cramped. The bathrooms seemed recently renovated and were also very clean. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Note: There is only one location with separate restrooms for men and women, not multiple stalls.
We were just there tonight and normally we get pretty good service tonight was not that night I ordered $40 worth of food they forgot to put my other burger in my husband called the store the employee hung up on us multiple times and when we tried to call back they wouldn’t pick up the phone I’m extremely disappointed. How can a well-known fast food chain simply not answer their phone and not help a customer I’m extremely disappointed and will think twice about ever going back there again
Wendys in a busy area of the Clifton plaza i must say its very few times i visit a fast food restaurant and get great customer service this wendys provided great customer service as well as got my order right on point with every thing i asked for this wendys is very busy and wait times seem a bit long however the service was good the order was right and the place is well kept
The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. The staff are always friendly, and the food is served quickly. I especially enjoy their delicious breakfast. if they want to be very clear whether it is yellow or honey! only the half of the burger threw, all kind, because they were invaded in honey. big. also quite stingy on the french. except that it was good. everything was fresh.
I don't eat fast food, this stop was for my son's benefit. However, I will admit that I ate an order of fries and had a large unsweetened iced tea. The fries have improved and my son was happy with his nuggets.
Every time i go to this location, they are always closed especially when im there at 6:50 am. Pretty upset as this location, i always go to and never had issues until now.

Their customer service is amazing, inside of the restaurant is clean, neat and organize. The food was delicious and drinks fresh.
