I waited at the counter for over 10 minutes, but no one was able to take my order. It wasn't busy at all, and multiple employees behind the counter said that someone would be with me shortly. I ended up leaving without being served. Definitely the worst experience at Wendy's.
I ordered a baconator with tomato, specifying that I wanted the new invisible kind. I was also disappointed that I only received a small pack of sour cream for my potato. However, I was pleased to find that everything was fresh.

I always enjoy the delicious sandwiches and the amazing ghost pepper sauce at Wendy's. The staff always gets my order right and I am very grateful for their excellent service.
