Ived always had a good experience here in the mornings and the food is excellent but im giving a 1 star because there's a really rude hispanic girl working there in the afternoon she likes rolling her eyes at customers and is very hypocrite when customers ask for things. If she dont like dealing with customers then she should get another job. We had a discussion because my order was placed wrong over the intercom by an employee wich was really nice. Now this girl made me feel like i was the one at fault so she rolled her eyes at me and didnt even bother to talk to a manager to help out BTW she didn't give me a receipt and i know she did it on purpose so now she gets a bad review. Management...
I used the app to place my order at this restaurant, and they have great deals which are always appreciated. I ordered the chicken sandwich and they ordered medium fries. I personally enjoy adding mustard to my sandwich as it enhances the flavor. They are big fans of their customizable soft drink dispenser, offering a variety of drink combinations to choose from. I definitely need to visit this restaurant more often.
I understand they were busy but that doesn't excuse the lack of customer service. A simple hello, I'll be with you in a minute would have been just fine, but i waited at the register for a while before I was actually acknowledged. Waited too long from my food and to top it all off there was a spill that was taken care of very poorly and was like that for at least 20 min.

I had a great experience at this Wendy's location! The customer service was friendly and the food was fresh. The breakfast potatoes were especially delicious - crunchy and tasty.
