I just left this establishment without my order because which ever guy was in the drive thru tonight at 8:50 on the dot completely disrespected me as a woman. He was extremely rude and when my passenger made a joke about another business this man proceeds to jump on the headset and ask me what was funny then called me a child and that he didn’t have to serve me. I asked to speak with a manager on duty and was completely ignored. There’s was a customer in front of me who tried to place the order and all he gave her was ketchup and never came back to the window. Placed drive thru order. Got to window only to be told they were out of the item I ordered. Got a different item. Then the drive thru window attendant took my card and then took other orders and then scratched his head with my card. He finally handed it back after several minutes. Then he forgot our drinks. Asked what we ordered and got the drinks, but first found a friend at the counter. He had one of the drinks without a lid in his hand when he leaned over the counter to hug the person, with my drink in between them. Very slow and forgetful and just gross.

Had got 2 combo meals the baconators, was very disappointed after finally getting home 25 minutes later that on of the sandwiches wasn't good even the right be was just a plain chicken sandwich and for there to only be 1 frosty when I paid for 2! How hard of an order is it??? It was literally the same thing! Very bad customer service guy in drive through definitely hated his job and everyone around him :

Didn’t have salads at the time it was 12am tho but I still would think they would have a salad you know. But the burgers are too greasy and sandwiches are poorly made

Sat for 15 mins in the drive-thru nobody said anything, thinking it was down went inside stood there for 10 mins and nobody came to take my order.
