Just went there to order food but for some reason only doordash and some other app were allowed to order. Who told you this was a good idea? You are losing money by doing this because there are plenty of people just like me who will no longer patronize your business because of stunts like this. You guys are trying to cater to an app that is only around for lazy people and people like myself will NEVER download or use these apps! Thanks for nothing.
Food was fine. The girl that took my order was a little rude.. and when I got to the window to get my food, she just stared at me. Didn't say hello or anything. When I informed her an item was missing from my order, she rolled her eyes, went and got it and just handed it to me. When I said thank you... She once again just stared. So..food was fine, but I won't visit again due to poor customer service.
I have a cable fish sandwich. On a Friday during Lent. Should the freshest fish have been possible. What I got was a sad, shrinking piece of unidentifiable dryness. Bread was so fried, the edges were chewing, and what was so overdue inside, the fish had literally thrown away from bread. Fries were also cold. At least the location of this Wendy foam water. The only saving grace at my meal.
Everything was great! I loved that Wendy took the time to seal the combo bag and the drink. However, I ordered French toast sticks and they were unexpectedly spicy. I hear lunch here, maybe twice a month. Any interaction I had with an employee here was excellent. I think this location works as a team very well in contrast to many other fast food sites. My order was always correct and fresh.
You need to get faster and learn how to cook all orders at once instead of taking an order, then cooking it wait until it is done to take the next order
Slow but reliable for getting your food right. They still don't have both cashier windows open to make the line go faster.
