Honestly, this is the grossest food I've had and not great service. We went through the drive through and there was no one behind us at all. So we just took a minute to look at the menu. The girl on intercom let us have...about 30 seconds after we told her we were looking and then rushed us to choose, because they can see you from the window. Once we actually got our food the fries were cold and hard and the burger was cold. We went at around 12pm so you would think it would be fresh. Definitely don't recommend going here.
This place is a model for how all fast food places should be run. It really makes every other place look so very sad!!! Can't say enough good things. You get to the window and your food beats you there every time!!! And don't bother...checking it, its the right order, and yes you actually get the straws!!1
Oh yes my guilty pleasure! I've dined at this location since I first moved to the area 17 years ago. In that time, the service and quality has been consistently excellent. Never had a bad meal here. The Baconator is my kryptonite as I...love it! This location also supports the community quite a bit.
I usually do not research an almost food place, but this place was very pleasant. the staff was very patient and helpful about what had been expected. they helped make it easy to teach me not to use the so intuitive drinker. the personal. also gave me a senior debate without asking. they serve the baconator, who should tell them how great wendy is. the wendy’s in brooks is in order, courteous staff, prices in order, but their slow, even if they are not busy. all in all, not bad.
Not going to compare this to fine dining at all, but easily the best Wendy's I've ever been to! Amazing! Always great when you see the people who work there, ordering their own meals there too :
we stopped here for lunch when we traveled from alberta to sask. we both order the baked potato with different beats. it was very tasty, hadn't had this for one because and it was a real tasty.

So I guess they had computer problems they were Rushing and scrambling to get a pen and paper took our order that was painful to watch them try to figure
