I ordered the four-for-four meal, but it took a long time to arrive despite there being only one other customer in the restaurant. When my food finally came, the server appeared hesitant at first, but after I assured him I was ready to pay, he happily handed it over. I should note that I have a disability and was using oxygen and a cane, which caused me considerable discomfort in my feet.

Instead of telling you your total, they instruct you to pull forward. After that, you find yourself waiting not only for your food but sometimes even just for them to recognize you and hand over your drink.

I usually don't eat at Wendy's, but my kids really enjoy it and are big fans. The staff, especially the women at the front counter, delivered excellent service. Our food was served quickly, which was a nice surprise. What stood out to me the most was the all-female team; I thought that was wonderful.

I went to pick up food at the window, and I noticed the woman at the window scratching her head and hair. I was quite dissatisfied with the service and have decided not to return to this restaurant.
