The service at this location was disappointing! I ordered breakfast for my sister and me through the app, but I encountered a glitch. I couldn't add the regular amount of bacon (not extra) or cream cheese to the Cinnabons pull-apart. So, I decided to go through the drive-thru to see if it was too late to add those items. The staff member said it was fine, so I pulled up to the window. However, when I got there, the employee informed me there would be an extra charge for the bacon. I went on my lunch break for some food. My co worker only had cash and I had a card so I had to place 2 separate orders to give her the change . I pulled up I say hello I have 2 separate orders. I don't often stop on North Ave because of the unhinged drivers that tend to get upset if you aren't doing 110mph down that street but I had to stop at Wendy's and was not disappointed. The food was made quick and even though it was lunch, I got my food fast and warm. The only downside is where it is and the traffic light leaving there is set to go as slow as possible.
I've visited this restaurant quite a few times and usually have a good experience. However, during my last visit, I ordered four meals and they forgot two orders of fries and two chicken nuggets. They did include four sauces, four burgers, and four drinks, though. It seems like it was just an off day for them.

Depending on what time or shift you order your food determines its quality or if you'll even get your entire correct order. Grubhub is super hit or miss when ordering from this resturant as well.
Great atmosphere, good service, modern decor and extremely fast service.Food was out very quick but the burger was dry. Fries and drink were good.
Food was fast and fresh, little light on salt. Clean. Seating area is small only 6 or 7
The staff was rude, and I received raw bacon in my breakfast burrito.
