If I could give 0 stars...I would!!! Had the worst experience at Wendy's in Delran. The boy taking the order was so rude taking the order because we didn't specify at first we wanted meals....then we go to the window, snatches my husbands card and he didn't give us a receipt. My husband taps on the window and asks for the receipt, he slams the window and yells don't tap on my window!! Then slams open the window again and throws the receipt at my husband. It took everything for my husband to NOT pull him through the window. We pull to the next window, after waiting 10 minutes for the food the we ask for his name and the girl says I can't tell you his name but says he is the manager but won't...
Where is the -100 star rating? It seems like Wendy's needs to work on improving their customer service. After reading many complaints, I experienced a long line at the Wendy's in Edgewater Park, NJ. I then drove 15 minutes to the Wendy's in Delran, NJ, only to receive food that was not as ordered. My baked potato was loaded with cheese but had no bacon. Despite filling out a complaint form, I was unable to include the store number since I was not given a receipt. When calling the 888 number, I was placed on hold for an extended period of time. This level of service is unacceptable, especially after driving such a distance. I will not be returning to any Wendy's locations, near or far.
Extremely disappointed with this establishment. I made a door dash order at approximately 11:30 pm on 5/13/22 for two sandwiches. No combos, nothing crazy, just a baconator and a bacon double stack. The order was accepted and deemed in process. It wasn't until an hour and fifteen minutes later that they inform door dash that they could not complete the order. You're telling me that the simple task of making two sandwiches within a half hour couldn't be carried out by the staff they had working there? But yet they try to substantiate $15+ an hour wages? Screw that. This Wendy's is pathetic and should be closed down if people can't be expected to do their job.
I tried to order at the drive-thru and was met by an employee who was extremely abrupt and unfriendly from the start. They incorrectly labeled my son's Baconator order as something suspicious, but became even ruder when I corrected them. After they sighed loudly over the speaker, we decided to forget it and went to eat at another nearby place where we received great service. It's best to avoid that Wendy's location as the staff is extremely rude and should be reassigned to customer service.
