I am a great believer in customer service and their customers do not feel like a last, or better to make them feel like they actually want to be there (they keep their business alive, finally). this Wendy’s was terrible with her customer service. they prioritized the drive-thru, which I understand, because I have worked a few fast food jobs and know that they have their time to meet them. This is my favorite Wendy's in town! I always go through the drive-thru. There have been a couple of times when my food wasn't as hot as I would have liked, but overall it’s usually fresh, especially compared to most other Wendy's locations in Cincinnati. The service is always good, and the atmosphere is nice; however, it can take a bit of time to get out of the parking lot. As for parking, they have a great lot—there's always a space available when I visit, and it's always clean.
The food was hot and fresh. I’d prefer to wait for a delicious meal rather than be served something reheated from the day before. Although the service was frustratingly slow, the quality of the food made it worthwhile. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and not very friendly – we only saw two of them in total. Despite this, I’m giving it four stars because the restaurant was open, the food was fresh, and I appreciate the hard work involved, which sometimes goes unrecognized.
I arrived close to closing time for the dining room with my fiancée, and it got a bit chilly. The staff noticed that I was cold and kindly suggested that we move to a warmer area, assuring us not to worry about the time and encouraging us to enjoy our meal comfortably. They were all wonderful, and we really appreciated Wendy's hospitality. Thank you!

Pretty sure the employees sit here and collect a paycheck. The worst run Wendy's in Cincinnati. Can't go inside, drive thru takes at least 15 min, IF you are lucky enough for them to take your order. All lights off all the time. Showed up at 845pm, this is what you see.Dave Thomas is rolling in his grave.
the employees spend more time acting than working on a playground. rude, sick and have no idea how to keep a restaurant clean. I'd give a zero, but since that's not possible, I'll give one. that is very generous for the trailer park stupidity atmosphere that go on in this “restaurant”
Great good. Spicy chicken sandwich was dope and had a big ole piece of chicken. Sometimes it's hard to beat a classic. Fries were fresh and the experience was good. Excited to see the mobile order spots. Staff definitely needs some help but they did well for the team they had ??
terrible customer service. they gave me bad pommes and wrong size. I have taken my bag and the same rider with something extra returned. F-Crew argued with me about sizes of pommes and drinks based on their mistakes smh. terrible situation

This Wendy's it great in drive thru. I had 6 cars in front of me and I was out in 5min.....the inside is always slow weather is slow or packed thats y I choose drive thru 4 stars just because of the inside ALWAYS slow!!!
