I came here today the service was amazing, elizabeth I hope I got her name right I was here at 5:25 o'clock and she was on the drive thru. omg she was super polite, amazing, humble, always had a smile on her face, thanks to you sooo much elizabeth! I always forget everything and she asked me if I needed other things, of course, if it was for them I would forget it! Today I had a bad day and thanks to her it became better! She is simply amazing that I cannot describe the great mood she projected!? so great!
Service was great but I ordered a cheese and bacon potato and took it to work to eat on lunch and as I'm warming it up and begins to cut it I see hair in it ?yes 3 small pieces of hair.....so it definitely ruined my lunch and I had to find something else to eat in like 15 minutes .... extremely unhappy,I was there at approximately 3:10-3:20 pm drive thru. ......
HORRIBLE ,Very bad customer service, the manager Karen in the pm was very rude , she claimed being a manager but she doesn’t know how to handle a situation, even when it was her fault she didn’t apologize. I’m not sure how they have this type of people working in places like this. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL .
mannheim street franklin park, il location lady in register was not very friendly (maybe it was the language barrier because she did not speak English very well.) we have calculated more than the price in the menu. we pointed out, and they said the price must have changed. customer service was less than desirable.

This is the best Wendy's we've been to in years! The staff is extremely friendly, and the service is fast and efficient. The food was just what we expected—decent and satisfying. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. Plus, we even got a free Frosty!
The food here was horrendous. It tasted horrible! I can't even explain or put into words or even explain just how terrible it was. I just know that I would never recommend this place and that I will, most certainly, not be coming back!
They've gotten my order wrong the last two times I've been there. Then even when I got the right sandwich, it was obvious it had been sitting around a while. I'll be finding a different Wendy's if I ever get a craving for it again.
I ordered 2 chili and when I looked in the bag the girl had only given me 1 spoon. I know its not rocket science working at a fast food chain 2 chili means 2 spoons get your head out of your you know what

I have been using the drive-thru at this place more frequently, the service and decently quick and the food is hot. They very rarely forget to items in my order as other places do.
