I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The woman taking our orders seemed disorganized. It took an hour to receive part of our food, and when we expressed our frustrations, she responded rudely to my family. To make matters worse, she refused to refund us and even ended up swearing at my aunt.
Super friendly staff! We noticed the fries weren't fresh in the nic of time and requested fresh ones which they were more then willing to accommodate! Fresh hot fries and nuggies. Can't ask for much more. Glad we caught that though. Nobody likes old fries. Or at least nobody I know does. Lol!
I usually visit for lunch since the service tends to be better during the day. I've noticed that the system has problems some nights, making it difficult to place orders. However, I appreciate the friendly service and enjoy the hot meals during my daytime visits.
I like my food fresh so I don't mind waiting sometimes but if I don't sit in line for a long time waiting for y'all to take one order at a time evidently then there's no reason that my food should not be hot shame on them Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
My family loves wendeys. We noticed this wendys cause we were looking for fast food to grab something quick, easy and tasty. Great service, good food. Speedy service. Will be going back again.
The staff takes their job seriously, providing quick and accurate service. They work hard to maintain a positive dining experience, even during busy times. Kudos to the team!
every table at the place looks dirty. the staff was nice and the food was good, but the tables and floors were rough. I wanted to rethink it.
