I moved to the area six months ago and I 've been going to this Wendy 's a couple times a month. Currently they are understaffed so the drive-thru wait is long. They do let you know right away that they are understaffed. One major complaint I have is that they think it 's ok to give you modified salads. I love the southwest avocado chicken salad, but what they give you here is usually not that. Usually they just put lettuce, breaded chicken, shredded cheese and tomato. No tortilla strips or avocado on the salad. It bothers me because they should just let you know that you 're not getting what you asked for. As much as we love Wendy’s, we will never go to this location again. Went around 10:00 after a movie tonight. Chili was super cold, nuggets were burnt and chewy, my coke had no carbonation, fries were cold, burger made wrong and customer service wasn’t even worth asking for a remake after the drive thru girl spilled soda on my husbands car because she didn’t have the lid on properly. Nor did she care to apologize. As someone who ran a restaurant for 6 years, you really need to get it together and be more professional.
the young man who looked after us was very helpful. my sandwich, not so great! I don't understand why it will taste differently from one place to another! I had the Bourbon bacon I think the point is the speck I had on the first wendy’s was thick discs of speck and the sandwich was full. this place, not so much. I sometimes believe when they come with a seasonal article, they make it extra so that people can buy it and then lower the quality of the product. only reasonable things I can think of.
I had dinner for two for $24, which included a burger, fries, and a drink. Unfortunately, the drinks were mostly ice. The burger was only slightly better than a Whopper Jr., and I was very disappointed. The tomato on the burger looked sad, and it definitely didn't resemble the picture of a big, overflowing burger with toppings from the menu. I won't be returning to this restaurant. Rude young man at drive thru. My order was wrong and food was not included and the guy gives my an attitude staring at me while he dropped (not placed) my food in the bag like I'm intimidated, then walks away. Never says sorry about that, thank you or your welcome. If that's the kind of employees these places are going to keep around I just won't go back. Ask McDonald's. Edit (9/14/2022): It has now been over a month since I made this review, and no one from the restaurant has reached out, indicating that not only the staff but management as well seems indifferent. I can't help but wonder if there have been too many complaints or if this is just the expected level of service at this location. It's clear that some of these issues stem from poor leadership.
Their service isn't perfect, but they're doing their best. I ordered a double bourbon bacon today, but they accidentally gave me a single. After I came back and brought it up, they let me keep the burger I got by mistake and brought me the double I ordered.They deserve more positive reviews. I've been going here for months and they have been nothing but a delight to me.
Don't get grilled chicken just as they start lunch. It's tasty yes and the service is great, however you will have to wait a while as they prepare the chicken. Which is no fault of their own. Other than that great service as usual. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
