I went specifically to try the new swirl Frostys, but I ended up waiting far too long, especially since I was the only customer and only ordered a couple of drinks. The Frosty tasted mostly like the old base, with very little vanilla flavor, and the strawberry at the bottom was the only bit of fruit in the entire cup. Each time I visit, the experience just gets worse. I can't help but wonder if there's any management present. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
During all four of my visits, I experienced some of the worst service I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. It seems there’s only one person in the place who actually knows how to do their job, while the others are too busy arguing. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Dining experience: Dine-in.
