This restaurant has really gone downhill. On a Wednesday at 5:45 PM, I attempted to enter the dining area to place an order and have a meal, but all three doors were locked with signs stating they were "broken." Inside, I spotted two teenagers—one sprawled out across two chairs and the other absorbed in her phone, completely ignoring my presence. I had to tap on the window to get their attention. The girl on her phone reluctantly told me that there was no indoor dining available, only drive-through service. It seems they either couldn’t find enough staff, or the teenagers simply didn’t want to clean the tables inside, so they decided to close the doors. It might be time for Wendy's to consid...
This restaurant has extremely poor customer service! They were out of half the items on the menu, and each time I tried to order something, the staff rudely told me they didn’t have the necessary ingredients. When I requested a diet soda, they handed me a regular one, and when I pointed this out, the woman responded in a very rude manner, insisting it wasn’t diet. She also refused to take the cup back for an exchange. I had to wait for 5 minutes to ask for ketchup and napkins, and when they finally brought them, I received only 2 napkins and 4 ketchup packets for a large order. Overall, it was a complete waste of my time and money!
I ordered a large Dave's Classic Double and a large Classic Chicken meal. At the payment window, I realized my large fries and drink were missing. The employee claimed I only ordered a sandwich, but I explained my order again. After some back and forth, they gave me the missing items but charged me an extra $5.01 for their error. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a receipt to verify my original order. The Dave's Double was messy, and the burger was dry. Overall, I’m unlikely to return to this Wendy’s.
The staff working on 08/13/22 at 2pm were very rude and overly pushy, from taking my order at the intercom to handing it over at the window. It's disappointing to see customers treated this way, and it seems some employees may not be suited for customer service roles. These employees should be assessed and managed appropriately—perhaps their skills would be better suited for other tasks.
