Absolutely disgusted with the staff at this location. They are rude and disrespectful. I have never had a pleasant experience and I promised myself that the last time was the last time of me ever attempting to support this company as a whole. People talk about McDonalds but no if you want the worst experience as far as customer service and food drop by this location. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. And to the worker that called me out of my name for simply asking for the managers number, let’s just say I see why you are stuck where you are because you don’t have the decency or respect for any other position.
I went 11/3 this morning after having both good and bad experiences. the good experiences eating was great. both the breakfast and the lunch and the staff were happy and had a great setting. the bad experience was long drive-thin lines and then my eating was cold this morning and brot was hard. I thought it was warned again. I called back and spoke to Amber, and she apologised and offered a meal. I thought that was a very nice fixation and a good gesture. I'll come back tomorrow morning to get my supper.
not trying to be negatiw, but I wouldn't be able to say something good about this wendy when I tried. it is not worth sitting their gas time through the drive thru line in the night. at this point could simply be better to close this location if not find better coworkers to rent.
cannot express how bad this place is. they measure my order every time and they have locked the doors half the time so they have to spend another 20 minutes in the line to get what they pay. oh, and they have an employment over their own mistake! never again.
