This Wendy's location is disappointing. There was no manager visible—just teenagers working the counter. Staff seemed unmotivated; they put a sticky note on the register saying it was out of order and forced customers to use the kiosk after making them wait in line. The cleanliness was poor: one drink dispenser had no ice, the other released it too quickly, and ice was spilling onto the floor with no one addressing it. We had to clean our own table, and trash bins in both the dining area and restrooms were overflowing. The food was average, and the soda tasted watered down. With many other choices nearby, I recommend going elsewhere.
Wow. I had to order through the kiosk, only to be told afterward that their Frosty machine was broken—it nearly caught fire last night, apparently. Then, there were no napkins available to clean the dirty counter at the drink station. Other customers mentioned they asked for 8 napkins but were given 7 along with 5 ketchup packets. And the wait? It was endless. Honestly, if you really want Wendy’s, it’s better to keep driving to Rock Springs or Salt Lake!
The sandwich was truly delightful! They used genuine eggs, which added a nice touch. The croissant was sturdy and held together perfectly. The sausage was flavorful as well. Overall, it was one of the best fast food breakfasts I've had. The potato wedges were crispy, not overly thick, and certainly not soggy. On the downside, the cold brew with vanilla frosty cream was overly sweet—so much that I couldn't finish it and ended up having to discard it.
Extremely disappointing. The two hamburgers we ordered were nearly raw and had an unsettling pink color—not the kind that’s acceptable. This isn’t steak. This is the third time in one week that I’ve encountered this issue. It's really unfortunate, @Wendy's in Evanston. They need to improve the grill or provide better training for their staff.

I was really disappointed with my DoorDash order for a taco salad. It was missing half of the ingredients that are usually included, and the chili cup was just a quarter full. I love this salad, so I was really sad with how my order turned out.
My fiancé and I were grabbing a quick bite to eat at Wendy's, and she found mold on the bun of her burger. I contacted the store and am yet to receive any sort of response. I don't recommend coming here.
The food is what you would normally expect from Wendy's, but the service was fantastic. Our cashier, Portlyn, was friendly and energetic. The restrooms appeared to be clean from what I could see.
I find it frustrating that I always end up with sweet tea when I specifically order unsweetened. I used to work at Wendy's, so I'm really not a fan of sweet tea. Please improve on this!

I ordered the Bacon, Egg Cheese Biscuit Combo and received a chicken bacon croissant. The pumpkin spice cold brew tasted like a pumpkin candle. Very disappointed.
I always seem to have issues with them leaving out toppings or part of my order
