It was a weekday at lunch (noonish). Not much (two people) of a line in front of us when we showed up. Everything started normally and as we ordered, the girl behind the counter said I don 't work the register, I 'm usually in the back or something to that effect. Well, she did a great job, handed us our cups, and we moved on. At this point, we realized that the crowd seemed a bit frustrated waiting for their orders. There seemed to be plenty of folks working in the back, but the food coming out was few and far between. I didn’t even want to give a 1 star. The employees are rude, they act like it’s an inconvenience to do their job. I’ve worked in fast food, it is appalling to see such ignorant customer service. I didn’t get two words out before they either ask me if that’s all or tell me to pull forward- with a very nasty attitude at that. Not to mention throwing my food at me and not even attempting to give me my receipt or change (1penny I wasn’t worried about it, but no receipt), when I’ve had issues with incorrect orders here before; but since it’s the closest Wendy’s to our house we go there. We sat in the drive through line (mind you 3 cars were ahead of us) for 20 minutes waiting to place our order we finally get to place it then we sat another 25 minutes waiting on our food. We' finally get our food just to look in the bag and notice it wasn't even our order. This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Wait time and service are in the negative. I also door dash here occasionally waiting on a pick up here is not worth the time or the money.
I waited for more than 15 minutes for my food while employees seemed lost. When I finally received my order and checked it in my car, the sandwich was completely different and made incorrectly. After waiting an additional 5 minutes for them to fix the mistake, my fries had gone cold. What was supposed to be a quick meal turned into a disappointing experience with lukewarm, greasy food that did not hit the spot. It definitely put a damper on my mood.

This was the longest wait I have ever had for a burger. I placed my order at the drive-thru, where the person taking my order was barely audible. I then waited in my car for nearly thirty minutes, despite there being only one car ahead of me. Now, I am waiting at the curb beyond the window for my food because my order was not even ready in a bag after all that time. I am only giving two stars because the lady at the window was very polite.
that eating is usually quite good and I love it that it's hot. they only have to be done better with customer orders correctly in a timely manner. I went to get the new breakfast baconator meal with my faust and we sat for almost 30 minutes and ppl, which also came about 30 minutes behind us got their food somehow before us smh. Besides, the breakfast is good only a Lil-Blande, but the ice cream was anxious.
This review is for the rude customers who come to Wendy's and then complain about waiting in line and receiving their food late. There are many other restaurants nearby, so go to one of those instead. The staff is doing their best, so please be patient. At least your food is being freshly made.
unfortunately this is the closest wendy’s in the opposite. my last three visits were about a month apart. but they were my worst food experience. the personal is my problem. unprofessional to say that at least. make sure their order is correct before they go.

I love eating wendys and this is the next place for me. in the last few months they have slowed down from a screw pace to a complete standstill. I don't understand why the service is soou slow. eta today eating this place was subpar
Its a wendys. Employees are nice. They are prompt. Food is what you expect.
