I ordered a 10-piece regular nugget at 11:30 PM and received a mix of half spicy and half regular. The regular nuggets were stone cold. I understand it's late and they might be winding down, but that shouldn't excuse serving leftover food. It feels lazy to hand out what’s left. On a positive note, I called the store and the manager offered to make it right by giving me a free 10-piece the next day, but I declined because I don't want a handout. I just expect proper service from the Wendy’s I’ve supported for so long. Please do better.

I went through the drive through, just looking for a little pick-me-up after a rough couple of days. I wasn't expecting much, but the worker who took my order and gave me my food, Edward, was just so completely wonderful. These days workers like that are hard to come by. So often I go to restaurants or fast food places and feel so unwelcomed and unwanted, yet Edward was so kind. Their customer service was 10/10, will definitely be frequenting Wendy's more often because of that.
I found the chicken fillet to be quite disappointing. It was tough and dry, making it difficult to chew. The tomato seemed tough as well, and the fries tasted like they had been sitting out for a while before being reheated. Overall, I was not impressed.

The food was great, but the wait in the drive-thru was quite lengthy. We were stuck for five minutes without any cars moving—possibly due to a difficult customer?
The food was so hot and good employees pulled me a head so they could drop my food all fresh. I appreciate it I would definitely come back.
The front counter staff appeared to view my visit as an inconvenience, resulting in less than satisfactory customer service.
