Worst customer service I 've ever experienced. I decided to go to Wendy 's for dinner and when I arrived, the sign was on indicating they were opened. I waited in the drive thru when a male voice came over the speaker stating they were closed. Surprised, I said, oh okay, just so you know your guys ' open sign is on to which he replied with you wish . This employee then continued to mock me and made inappropriate comments (with cursing), including one about my mother.I called the next day (9/13) and the phone rang and rang until it hung up on me, so I couldn 't even make a complaint with management. Whoever is running this place needs to get their employees in order.
We've been visiting this Wendy's for quite some time now, and we really appreciate how there's rarely a long wait in the drive-thru. The manager, Jose, has been especially helpful, assisting me with placing my order in-store. Given the uncertainties with restaurants nowadays—like COVID-related lobby closures and lunch rush delays—we'll continue to come here.
I would advise against ordering online or through the app unless you plan to pick it up right away. There’s no option to specify a pickup time for your order, and it took me 15 minutes to get to the restaurant. When I finally got my food, it was only slightly warm. I'm quite disappointed. I placed my order on December 28, 2022, around 1:00 PM.
I called them Asking if they had chili available because there’s been a few times where they didn’t have any and the guy immediately started yelling and cussing at me saying he’s gonna trace my number and report me to juvey. Like excuse me sir I’m a grown adult and genuinely wanted to know before I got there in case they were out.

The customer service was pleasant; the staff member assisted us in finding a better deal than what we initially ordered. However, the fries served here were cold. We ordered four meals, and one of them came with lukewarm fries, which is disappointing. Unfortunately, we didn’t check the fries until we were too far away to return.
customer service worst I have ever experienced in my life, the Spanish Drive-Thru-Dame is a straight on biatch. And when I see the other reviews, I am sure it is also it. you have to find better help, you cannot be so desperate
This is the worst fast food ever, everytime I look at the menu and order food they never have what I want, this has happened 3 times in a row I will never go back there again.
I ordered a chicken sandwich, and the chicken felt cold and dry. However, my friends' meals were good. I definitely recommend trying the peppermint frosty!

They rush you to order and food was so cold! The manager/store manager was the one helping and gave us poor service. Do not recommend this location ?.
Prices have gone up. 31$ for 2 people. Definitely glad we don't do fast food that often
