It's 7:30 PM, and I waited in the drive-thru for quite a while without anyone responding. When I drove by, I noticed a worker inside with their head down and two others outside taking a smoke break. If they aren’t willing to serve customers, they should at least inform us instead of leaving us waiting in the drive-thru.
"I had an issue at the drive-thru where the woman apparently couldn't understand me, despite me speaking clearly. She was a bit rude when I asked for a $5 refund, and it felt like she considered it more of a $7 problem rather than addressing my order. Overall, I would give this experience a 3 out of 5."
When you walk in someone just stares at you and will not greet you. You have to reach over the counter for your drink cup because the person at the counter will not hand it to you.I asked for dine in, receipt shows dine in. I was the only one here given a bag. I guess that's my que to leave
The mobile app is useless here. Ordered 35 minutes prior to arriving through the mobile app. Still had to wait over 20 minutes after my arrival time to get my food. it's fast eating. What do you want me to say? eating this place is very consistent (we have a keto diet so that we order the baconator and pull out the bungalow. the employees were consistent (does not seem high sales currently and very friendly.
Friendly service from the employees during our visit here. We don't have a location where we live so whenever we find ourselves near a Wendy's we have to stop for food and some frosties.
There's nothing particularly extraordinary about Wendy's, but I do enjoy their spicy chicken sandwich, and you can't go wrong with a Frosty. Overall, I’d rate the food 4 out of 5.

Their Salads are Great. Love their Baked Potato Sour cream Chive. Can't forget the Frosty!
