The manager wouldn’t allow me to place an order inside because I hadn’t ordered through their mobile app. The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, and there was no one inside to assist customers. I placed an order through Uber Eats, and the delivery driver informed me that one of the staff members at the restaurant was quite rude to them. The employee was reportedly tossing food into the bag, which could potentially damage it because of the excessive force, and they were complaining about customers walking in while not recognizing that Uber orders should be prioritized.

I always love Wendy's they always go above and beyond even when the customer or patron does not have much money they still find a way to accommodate we need more fast food restaurants like Wendy's in Jonesboro on Tara boulevard
