I drove all the way out here because it was said online that she opened at 6:30 a.m. and I was there at 8:30 a.m. one of the workers on the running gear by screen said "we are closed". I had to ask when they opened, then he said “9:00”. I waited around and came back to this time, he then said “we are closed” again. I asked when they opened up because he just told me they were open. I didn't get a reply. I moved to the window to get a better understanding and the woman who was right at the window looked at me and went away looks like the side of the load in the lobby where I couldn't see her. I gave this place two stars because the food was not horrible but the customer service was. I went twice to this place one late in the evening and contributing the customer service experience to the hour and then again today during the day. The employees were rushing us and when I informed them of a mistake they made with my order they were just kind of like “and?” So yeah I would not recommend this Wendy’s location. Staff training should be more inclusive of the customer experience. However there are other wonderful food places in the same plaza as this Wendy’s with better customer service. Try any of those other places and skip the tude at Wendy’s.
Went there 6:30 at Saturday night. Ordered apple pecan salad and a regular fry. Then a double meal, that includes fries and a coke. Paid for the food then was handed the bag and the guy closed the window. Then he asked if there was something else. I told him my drink would be nice. He handed it to me and shut the window. He opened it again and I said I asked for ketchup, which he handed me. When I got home I was short a fry and found a piece of plastic on my burger. Tried to call the store but no one answered the phone.
This restaurant has been ordered to close today as a precautionary measure, following the news that one of its employees is quarantining after testing positive for Covid. However, the district manager is not requiring all employees who have had contact with the affected worker to quarantine and get tested before returning to work. This decision puts customers at risk, as anyone who has come into direct or indirect contact within the last 10 days should be staying home.

I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. The young lady informed me that I couldn't place my order online, order through the drive-thru, or come inside because the doors were locked. Unfortunately, she wasn’t very helpful in resolving the situation.
Food is alright but service definitely needs improvement. Please tell me I have to ask for ketchup when I order a meal with fries? That shouldbe automatic......if anything, you guys could ask weather or not we want ketchup
I ordered through DoorDash and my order included a chocolate frosty, which I didn’t receive. This seems to happen frequently with this restaurant, so I won’t be ordering from them again.

Cold and look old. Very displeased. Every Wendy's I went to, served a perfectly round beef pattie. Not old meat. Look like somebody sat on it.
Comfort food that hits the spot. There's also a convenient parking lot near the strip mall where you can enjoy your meal.
