To get my order correct, I have to go in and place it in person because the app doesn’t work properly. I was able to get my order delivered eventually, but the meal wasn’t prepared the way I requested, and takeout isn’t even an option. They are also not very responsive on the phone, which can lead to wasted money due to incorrect orders. If they happen to order a sandwich, they should double-check the meat, as it can sometimes be undercooked. Due to the issues with the app, I’ve had to order from other restaurants instead. Also, I noticed that the doors are not accessible for automatic wheelchairs, which is an important consideration.
My experience at the restaurant was very disappointing. The food I received was soggy, and it wasn't even raining outside. The DoorDash driver mentioned that my order had been sitting in something wet before he picked it up. When the food arrived, it was cold, and despite paying extra for lettuce and tomatoes on my Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger, they were missing. Furthermore, the meat was undercooked. To top it all off, the spicy chicken sandwich had no spice whatsoever. When I called the restaurant to address these issues, the woman I spoke with was extremely rude.
I had the worst customer service experience at this location. We often order the 444 or the biggie bag, which includes Nuggets, but they never provide the sauce or even ask which sauce we prefer. We always have to return to the counter or go through the drive-thru to request it. Lately, the restaurant has also had a strong unpleasant odor, reminiscent of an old mop, and the carpets are quite dirty. It's disappointing that there isn't another Wendy’s nearby. I think the franchise office should come by to see how poorly this place is being managed.
Terrible service! I just waited 20 minutes for four fries in the business area, and the guy at the front kept saying the order was a big one, gesturing with his hands as if it were a huge task. This is by far the worst service I've experienced in any fast food place. I saw at least a dozen employees running around filling orders and picking up, but nothing improved the situation. It is what it is; I should have tried the drive-thru instead.

This Wendy's wasn't prepared for breakfast, or maybe it was just my experience. I didn't enjoy the breakfast. I ordered the "spectrum" sandwich, and the bacon tasted stale, like it was left over from yesterday. I won't be returning! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. By the way, parking is available on Queens Boulevard.
I stopped by this restaurant for a quick meal before hitting the road and used the drive-thru. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a 10-piece chicken nugget combo. The sandwich was just okay, but the nuggets were really cold. I also requested a dipping sauce, but I never received one.
The Grilled Chicken Sandwich and the Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger Triple were both outstanding. The chocolate chip cookies were delightful, and the plain potato was also very good. The only drawback was the lack of butter spread for the potato, so I had to bring my own butter from home.
The atmosphere is outdated and unclean, making it an unpleasant place to eat. It’s unlikely to be busy. Prices are on the higher side, so you might be better off going to McDonald's instead. Food rating: 2/5.

My chicken sandwich was quite disappointing. The chicken was tough and dry, almost like it was rock-hard. The fries weren't very impressive either.
The fries were really soggy, and half of my spicy nuggets were just the regular kind.
