I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The staff had a really negative attitude, which I can somewhat understand given the number of homeless people in the area. However, the condition of the dining area was unacceptable; the tables and floors were very dirty. To make matters worse, the restroom was appalling, with feces on the floor, walls, and handles. There was no soap available, and the soap dispenser was out of order. I wanted to wash my hands before ordering, but the thought of the staff not having clean hands made me leave. I won't be returning. What a nightmare!
Wendy's really came through for me when I needed it. I was driving a large truck and couldn't navigate through the drive-thru, yet they still let me place my order. The food was hot and delicious, and I genuinely appreciate Wendy's for their understanding when many other places might have turned me away. Thank you for your timely service and for being accommodating. I truly value your excellent food and outstanding service. I'm really grateful for everything you did for me that night!
I stopped by Wendy's for a quick breakfast before work, and the potato wedges were ice cold, like they were just defrosted and served. The breakfast sandwich I received wasn’t what I ordered. To make matters worse, the older employee didn’t even give me a receipt. This has been my worst experience at Wendy’s. I was the only customer in the drive-thru—how hard can it be to get an order right?
The drive-thru employee seemed impatient and made me feel rushed, even though I was the only customer in line. I ordered a 50-piece spicy nugget but received regular nuggets instead. Additionally, I wasn’t given a receipt, so I couldn’t return the order. Overall, a bad experience.

The love of my life used to work at this location. Every time I came in, she greeted me with a huge smile and was truly happy to see me. I miss her every day. I would do anything to go back in time, walk into this Wendy's, and feel that warm smile once more.
Wendy's consistently delivers excellent quality, far surpassing other fast food options. A friend of mine who works in government food inspection has noted that Wendy's and In-N-Out are the only fast food chains that serve real meat.
The fries were hot, and my order was correct. I opted for takeout and did not go inside the restaurant.
